NOTARY

Notary Francesca Chatzigeorgaki, with origin from Karpathos, was born and raised in Athens and concluded her school curriculum in Kallithea, Attica. She graduated from Athens’ Law School with “summa cum laude”, enrolled to Athens’ Bar Association and started her professional law career in 2007.

Starting as an in-house lawyer at Piraeus Bank she got specialized in civil and banking law and was in charge of the bank’s intern lawyer training program.

Her steady professional development led to long term collaborations with several renowned law firms in Athens, e.g. Mourgelas & Partners law firm, and the ASPIS BANK in the context of the newly established Hellenic Cadastre.

Another distinction was reached by establishing name partner status at “Flampouras & Chatzigeorgaki” law firm operating in Piraeus. The firm specialized in civil, real estate, commerce and banking law and mantained a long term and exclusive collaboration with the Emporiki Bank, nowadays ALPHA BANK in Piraeus.

In 2016, after nearly a decade of law practice, Francesca Chatzigeorgaki by first-pass success took the nation-wide Notary Bar exams and got admitted to the Notary Bar of Athens-Piraeus.

Notary Office

The office includes, besides Mrs. Chatzigeorgaki’s own notary documents, the entire Notary archive of former notary Dialekti Argouzi-Katsourou, according to ¶ 128 of the Notary Code 2330/2000, which regulates the storing and filing procedure of former notary archives.
